There are plenty of ways to get involved with your local League of Women Voters chapter, for members and non-members alike:
- Volunteering: We have many volunteer positions open, from something as simple as setting up and taking down chairs, to registering voters, to organizing LWV events. Internship programs are also available, for politically minded students.
- Joining the League: We are always happy to welcome new members to our ranks! There is no time commitment required of new members - you can be as active as you like, or simply have a desire to be a well-informed voter.
- Donating: If you aren't interested in membership at this time but would like to contribute to the LWV's presence in your community, all denominations of donations are warmly accepted with our gratitude.
- Vote: League Members are supplied with a wealth of information applying to any elections they might be able to vote in, but in the spirit of our democracy, we strongly urge all citizens to make their vote count.
